We only offer returns or exchanges in case of damaged or incorrect items.

Conditions:

Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Proof (images/videos) is required

No returns or exchanges are offered for change of mind.

Refunds are only applicable for approved return cases.

COD orders are refunded via bank transfer

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval

Shipping charges are non-refundable
